Chicago Low Carbon Transportation Materials Project

low-carbon transportation materials grant application 2024

The Chicago Low Carbon Transportation Materials (LCTM) Program will help the City of Chicago to reach its goal of reducing the City’s GHG emissions by 67% by 2040 by lowering the carbon footprint of and improving durability of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) incorporated into the Chicago’s transportation infrastructure.
